Entering and Leaving the Field
-
Please park your vehicle either in the designated parking area just past the field or in the hotel car park, please ensure not to block the roads
-
No parking directly outside the field on the path
-
There is enough space for cars to park side by side - this allows for the next visitor to park as you are leaving
-
Please be courteous towards the other visitors of the estate, the estate is a sanctuary for many people and animals
-
Dogs must be kept on leads until safely inside the secure field boundary and the gate closed. Keep them inside your car or well out of view of the previous visitors
-
Please close and lock the gate immediately upon entering and leaving
Dog Poop
-
Please ‘Scoop your Poop’ and place contents in the designated dog poo bin provided - no other rubbish should be put in the poo bin
-
Please keep an eye on your dog at all times to prevent missing poops, no one wants to step in it and we all know a few dogs who find it irresistible
-
We have children visiting the field so it is imperative we keep the park clean
-
We do a daily check and pick up any strays that we find
Litter and Respect
-
We operate a NO SMOKING policy within our Field and outside. Cigarettes are a specific danger to the land especially during dry spell months. Discarded cigarettes are unsightly and a health risk to our canine friends and wildlife
-
Please collect all toys used including broken toys. Tennis balls can be dangerous for some of our larger field visitors so please do endeavour to retrieve your lost items
-
Do not drop litter anywhere on the field. Please help us to keep the field clean for everyone to enjoy

Children

-
Children are welcome to attend our field, however, children must be supervised by an adult at all times
-
Please be aware that the field has not been made child safe, and that certain elements may pose an additional hazard to children (non-child proof dog poo bins for example)
-
Please keep children off the equipment for their safety and to prevent breakages - all breakages must be paid for

Responsibility

-
Under NO circumstances should any people (adults or children) climb on any of the equipment - we have cctv now and anyone seen to be on it will be asked to leave and no return
-
Healthy dogs please - do not let dogs with diarrhoea use the site - these bugs can pass on and be deadly to some dogs
-
Field users do so at their own risk. No responsibility can be taken for any incidents within the field and we advise all owners have adequate insurance in place
-
The land at Rainhill Hall is natural and as such can be uneven and soggy. We advise suitable footwear and to be mindful where you step, there are holes from wildlife. There are also large trees and overhead branches, bushes and vegetation. We have tried to keep it as natural as possible, not only for the dogs enrichment but for the wildlife. During winds branches may fall - please be mindful. We check and maintain the field daily to ensure it is fit for use. If you are booking our Field for the first time, we welcome you to inspect our facility before letting your dogs explore our field. Please get in touch if you want to come and view before booking
-
The field gets very muddy in winter - wellies are advised
-
You agree not to let anyone else onto the field other than any friends or family members you have brought with you to enjoy walking your dogs. Your dog remains your responsibility during your visit and should not be left unattended.
-
You can bring up to 6 dogs at any one time - this is our strict maximum
-
Vehicles and contents are left at their owners risk
